Process Simulator Seminar

This one day class will instruct you on how simulation can improve your mission critical business processes. Upon completion of the class, you will gain the knowledge to use simulation technology to visualize process flow and current state value stream maps. With scenario based, future state modeling, you will be able to impact costs, improve cycle times, reduce bottlenecks, optimize resources, better control variability prior to implementing change in the physical environment.
ERP Executive Overview

The executive Overview is a one-day session explaining the details related to implementation an ERP System. This course is mandatory for all Project managers and will review the objectives of the implementations project. Review of the entire ERP Software application will be completed throughout this one day class. This will include evaluation of specific company objectives, specific environmental factors and resources required to ensure a successful Implementation project.

Resource Planning

The Resource Planning class provides the capability to develop schedules to meet forecast and actual customer demand. Master Schedules are created for individual end-items, assemble-to-order modules, and/or families of make-to-stock products. Multi-level planning bills will be constructed to support effective planning of any product mix. Forecasts, customer orders, and user controlled planning parameters are used in generating an actual schedule. Trial Master Schedules will be used for load simulation Resource Planning allows selective commitment of trial master schedule orders to drive Material Requirements Planning.
